Fast Care, Inc. was created with the goal of providing our clients with the best care available in a timely manner at their location. We recognized the need to provide an environment that is clean and equipped with handling the First Aid Injuries common to construction job sites. We customized our vans into mobile clinics to provide your employees with peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are currently providing service for customers in Northern California. Our EMTs are dispatched around 10 minutes after our validation over the phone or online questionnaire. Depending on the time of day and commute in the Bay Area traffic, our response time may vary. We are averaging a 1 hour response time. Our Online Service Request Form will expedite the response time.
Our EMTs will only provide First Aid care. Any injuries requiring more than that will be directed to the Medical Provider Network or Emergency Room. Our Online Service Request Form will determine if the service requested falls under the First Aid Treatment.
We are equipped with providing care to common injuries found in the construction and manufacturing industries. Our supplies are included with each treatment. We do not require any contracts to provide service. We simply charge a flat fee of $400 per visit. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply if our EMT is already in route to your location.
We are currently not available 24/7. Our services are available Monday to Friday around peak work hours. We will be providing services on the weekend soon. Check back with our dispatcher. We will inform you if we are unable to respond so you can find an alternate solution for your employee.
We continue to add Mobile Clinic Vans as the demand grows. We are committed to provide a response time close to around 1 hour. Our fleet will grow accordingly to meet this commitment.
We are based in San Ramon, CA and currently cover the Greater Bay Area. We go as far south as Monterey and North to Sacramento. Our response time average is based on calls in the San Jose and San Francisco areas.
First, you either fill out the online service request form (preferred) on your smartphone or computer or call the dispatch number. Once the information is retrieved, it will be reviewed by our staff to validate the request. Second, you will get a call or text from us informing you of our ETA, inability to provide service, or recommendation to send Employee to a Medical Professional.
By having our team come to your location, you can save time and effort by having professional first aid care for your injured employee. You will not have to deal with driving to and from the clinic and avoid wait times while you head to a clinic. When we arrive to your site, you are our first and only priority.
